Found Eric’s mansion. Hung around. Went back to the bar where the PCs got his address. Eric pursues them and nearly dies fighting them. They catch him, but he gets away in the end. He just barely makes it back to his mansion.

The PCs get a dressing down from Durand for their fight with Eric. Inadvertently revealing he knows that Eric is granted the Slums as hunting grounds by the King.
