Rumors of apparitions around town in Larondell. They appear as women wearing white. They are not considered dangerous. They are all believed to be the victims of murder.
Update: Appears the ladies in white are the past victims of Merron Kharga, a serial killer with an unknown body count. He was caught and committed to the Shadehill Asylum and is supposedly still there locked in the basement.

Update: While investigating the asylum, may have released Merron Kharga.

Update: We received information indicating Merron Kharga would be at the Carnival of Bones. We attended to try and stop him from killing anyone. Since it is a masked affair, it was not easy to locate him. But after a frantic search we identified him and tried to apprehend him. Kelykayon Bronzebeard used heat metal to cause him to drop his dagger removing most of his abilities and we were able to defeat him. Sadly we were not able to take him alive.
