Early in the morning the party set up to surveil Jhafar and discovered him travelling with 9 guards and an assistant towards the palace. Foolishly the party had let Drok Thunder-Eye near this challenge and he was soon plotting an ambush.

But as Jhafar came nearer and nearer and the passed Drok, nothing happened. Drok explained that a paltry unit of bodyguards was no challenge and he didn’t want to mess up the plan.

The party soon met a druid (Rose’s character isn’t here yet) who seemed up for overthrowing the Sultan and Drok invited her to come along. Together they broke into Jhafar’s house and things went amazingly well. The only guard to see them was intimidated so badly by The Judge and Drok that he peed himself and went home sick for the rest of the day.

That night the party surprised Jhafar and convinced him to get them an audience with the Sultan the next day. Everything seemed to be coming up roses!
