On the autumn equinox, the City Guard, the City Navy, and the City Watch – all in glittering array – conduct parades, give demonstrations of martial skill, and stage mock battles. The Field Triumph holds tournaments throughout the day, but the most anticipated part is when the Griffon Cavalry perform aerial displays over the crowds in the stadium.
