The Blind Council
Current lawmaking council, made of seven representatives from differing areas of the country of Sila.
One person is sent from the various representative states – one person from the Durmgrist mountains, one from the Great Forest, two from Iotenwall and Vritia that are elected positions, and one from IRIII.
By law, none of them can be the rulers of those kingdoms, nor smaller, petty city-states, but they are all powerful people in their own right.
