After three weeks flying nonstop from Mulidern, the party finally made it to the largest western port of the Luthyran Empire, Tavish Town. Tavish town is a bustling port city that is the main trading center between the Luthyran Empire and the collection of kingdoms known as the Collective of Ishmar. Upon arrival of the party in the town, they were instructed to land their airship in the Bailey family airship landing zone. After the party landed and made their way to entrance, they were greeted by Daniel and told to follow him to see the master of the manor. The party was stunned by the sheer amount of precious gemstones and gold that littering the manor. Upon going up the stairs and reaching the main office, the party was introduced to the master of the Bailey family manor in Tavish Town and the Guild Master of the Bailey West merchant guild, Edgar Tavin Bailey VI.

After an exchange of introductions, ETB4 awarded the party with the deed to the Bailey northern vacation home and the registration for a new, state-of-the-art cruiser airship. ETB4 then asked if the group would want to become periodic agents of the bailey family under Edgar, all he asked in return was that the vestige be handed over to him. Upon hearing the deal and was a bit skeptical, Tempus challenged Edgar to a duel for the right of owning the vestige.

After a humbling defeat for Edgar, he agreed to let the party keep the vestige and grant them everything in the deal. Upon returning to the manor, the party finalized everything for the day and made their way to their respective beddings for the night.
