Calm Belt

Nickname for the strange occurrence on either side of the Grand Line. Neither sea not wind currents flow through these areas, preventing any non-Marine ship from entering the Grand Line directly from a Blue, and vice versa. All throughout the Belt, Sea Monsters & Sea Kings can be found in great numbers.
