We were ambushed by Bullywugs. Doriel killed 5 with a lightning bolt and the group mopped up the rest.

We arrived at a roadhouse near the Mere of Dead Men. We infiltrated the place, posing as adventurers looking for work.
We went to investigate a room where cultists came from. There was a locked door that Doriel bypassed with Misty Step, where he found the cultists belongings along with a ledger of the owners of said possessions. Doriel also found a hidden trapdoor leading to a slimy tunnel going towards the Mere of Dead Men.
As Doriel was coming out of the locked room, we heard someone coming from outside, then Jamna walked in and asked us what we were doing.
Doriel explained the situation, showed the notes he took from the ledger and told her about the trapdoor.
Jamna overheard a cultist conversation talking about a tunnel under the strong room, and heard something about lizardfolk. The group decided to go back at night.
Doriel used his dust of disappearance to make the party invisible and sneak back to the locked room. The room was full of lizardfolk hauling loot from the room, which we beat up like they owed us lunch money.
