Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a fancy tan suit. He has a long white beard with braids that resemble tentacles. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Heir to a fortune, but disliked by his own parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble Rosa Macedo. Despite not choosing one another they fell in love, and travelled the oceans together. One day out on their travels their ship was attacked by pirates and sunk he survived but the love of his life died in the ocean. In his grief he went out to hunt down pirates until he can kill the ones that are responsible for the death of his spouse. He hopes to summon a Kraken or any other powerful sea creature into his service to aid in his hunt for pirates.
His attempts has drawn followers interested in sea demons and the like and he by now has a group of cultists aiding his quest.
