FREE SHIP (maybe cursed)
Flier with all tabs missing.
- The grackle was about as helpful as a bird could be.
- The porcelain seller said a hooded figure posted the flyer.
- Chad found another one in a different town square covered by another flyer.
- The Lute Teacher said that it said to the Misty Mountains
At base of Misty Mountains, where the ship is perched
- two illusionists create ghost illusions demanding gold for a resurrection ritual near some ruins
- ratfolk on the deck of the ship ready to fire ballistas before we killed them
On the ship
- Chad McBrad offered Timmy internship in ship revitalization project
- Timmy said the ship was found by his boss, Mr. Ben Mercedes, who is in the office downstairs
- we fight with a convincing squirrel
- a Mercedes Lackey says goes through a portal in the cargo doors with runes etched around
- an unseen voice says “the best or nothing” to open the portal. Ben Mercedes drives a small wagon on the ceiling
Parsley detects portal. Mars takes the body halves.
Chad wakes up and slaps Mars twice, who retaliates with a bonk on the head. We take a short rest and Mars applies mint on Chad’s unconscious but stable body. Parsley tries some and it is like a recreational drug for her.
Exploring the bottom deck of the ship
- room with bunk beds that is made to look nicer than it is (eg plastic gold). Disused.
- galley. Gerald uses a pot and spoon to wake up Chad who was faking to be asleep
- room with bunk beds that is just functional. Used.
- office that has been rearranged to function without artificial gravity
- mess hall
We found a couple balls, a yo-yo, and Letter to Ben Mercedes.
Exploring the ship part 2: mid-deck
- bridge is broken but could be fixed with new parts
- used crew quarters
- armory
- loot bodies
long rest, bear eating bodies, head back to town
