Astor’s most trusted employee and main concierge, he opens the hotel and undoes the lockdown spell with his magical key to let the morning employees in, then staffs the check in desk from 5 am to 12 pm and acts as direct help to the guests until he goes home for the day at 3 pm. Poor pony hasn’t had a day off since Astor had gone missing, taking over all owner duties on top of his own. He seems nice so far.
