Powerful hag that lives in the north. Said to have antagonized the giants to move away causing the Northern War.

She is a Blue Hag who uses her ice and weather magic to make life miserable for nearby settlements. Her body resembles that of a frozen corpse and she carries a twisted gray wooden staff that can be ridden like a flying broom. She relishes in causing fear and despair and enjoys feasting on frozen bodies in front of other victims.
