Aetherial Watchkeepers
- Founding Date: 18 October 2870
The Aetherial Watchkeepers are a faction of Oath Bearing Interstellar Chivalry that occupy the North East and Central South East sections of K-182BR5 reaching from subsectors A17 to H4. The Watchkeepers are often seen in a negative light in the current year due to their brutality even with the paranormal and the countless laws and regulations within their systems. They are far more systematic and often seep their oaths into their laws and as such try to enforce surrounding systems outside their reach to comply due to proximity. This group is extremely watchful of their ideals, having been founded prior to the Causeway Collapse in 2870 U.Y by Sir Sterling Galvin a former businessman amongst subsector A24. His homeworld Diamis was classified at the time as a heavy trading economy and specialized in the production of metal weaponry as well as other metallic goods. He was always an avid businessman and furthermore an academic, having researched topics dating back thousands of years in the past, of chivalry and crusading parties. He gained an interest in the topic due to his manufacturing similarities and vowed to try and create a business hybrid that could profit off their own supply by following the old models that these groups would follow despite all trace and understanding of such being erased from history at this stage. He would go on to form a “Round Table” of other business sectors which he eventually bought out, and from there expanded outwards in this manner until present day. His methods were far more relaxed than todays, and he followed a much more orderly and well mannered conduct, only forcing upon the orders oath on those who truly are deserving. There were three oaths established that stand today still.
