1. The Biting: “Any whom are found to be guilty by judgement of a Hound for the first tooth within a five year cycle, shall be bitten for twice the value of that which was stolen, destroyed or lost.”
2. The Tearing: “Any whom are found to be guilty by judgement of a Hound for a second tooth within a five year cycle, shall be torn from their life and imprisoned for a term seen fit by public decree.”
3. The Devouring: “Any whom are found to be guilty by judgement of a Hound for a third tooth within a five year cycle, shall be devoured by the masses in a public execution.”

For all misdeeds are not equal, the number of teeth given shall not exceed the number of teeth taken.
