The long building is four stories high with an attached stable. The kitchens are on one side and the upper-room balconies are on the other. The rooms are tidy and clean. The front lobby hosts a small lounge where guests can meet citizens. Outside, the inn sign displays a female hand clutching a lightly curved saber and several enchanted stars that twinkled softly.

The inn is fairly quiet and sells drinks at moderate prices. Meals are served in guests’ rooms rather than a dining room.
