A civilian O’Niell Cylinder station in the orbit of Palisade designed as a living space for the workers of the mining stations both in orbit and in the gas of the planet below. Responsible for housing the families of the workers held hostage by the companies they work for, the Aries government uses this restriction of living space as the boot held to the throat of their workforce to keep them obedient.
