Mintassan the Magnificent (also known as the Sage or the Mad) is a planewalker and sage of the planes that lives in the city of Westgate.
Mintassan the Magnificent is a Planeswalker and collector of magic items, and he’s responsible for Dwalimar Omen’s spirit being in the Astrolabe, who saw it as a way of extending his life and continuing his search for the Rod of Seven Parts.
Mintissan’s desperately searching for The Codex of the Infinite Planes, and believes Dwalimar’s crew can eventually bring it to him.
