The baron of a small impoverished estate to the north of Niccodranas spends his time shuttling between his estate and the city. While at his estate he composes somber ballads and writes depressing poetry which he then sings and recites when back in the city. The money he raises doing this is immediately spent on fine wine and expensive women.
