The Sylros Magistrate is a powerful family, and group, of sorcerers that are said to have inherited their magical abilities through their lineage of dragon’s blood. Through this blood that runs through them they are born with the ability to manipulate magic and are said to be incredibly powerful for it.

Operating out of Silent Rock, it is currently rumoured that the father and leader, Falorin, is currently in a power position over Silent Rock and that Duke Garrin is simply doing his biddings. Sylros even showed for the Harvest Festival in Phandalin in place of Silent Rock.
