A city built into The Restless peaks, it is the most diverse city in all the human lands. Don’t let this trick you as those who are not human tend to be treated incredibly unfairly here. The slum sections of Silent Rock being deemed as the “Fae Zone” where the confused and lost fae that landed into this plane during The Tearing, mostly funneled here for shelter. The main bizzare of this city is heavy with trade and it is one of the only safe ways to travel through The Restless Peaks and arrive in the far north. The Sylros Magistrate operate out of SIlent Rock as well but mostly stick to their section of the city, avoiding the common folk.
