The home of Ugress in Mirabar. Given to the heroes as thanks for clearing out the mines for Krobus Strakeln. It now serves as a headquarters in the North for the adventurers who stay they’re when planning their next escapade and is used to wash up and rewind after a difficult quest.

Mirabar House is a mansion in the Emerald District complete with a library/bar and a bath-house. Decorated with nick-nacks and trinkets that Ugress have found on their adventures, and stuffed with more valuables and treaure than a common man will ever see in their life.

It’s day-to-day operations is run by the steward and butler Modi, who looks after the house while it’s residents are out on adventures.
