Person in Eritire wanted a rare flower from the Swamps by lake Eratri. Originally taken to be done after the Orc Raid but was thought abandoned by the party after the crisis in Petri.

The party bungled this one do to poor communication between party and DM to be honest.

Party (or at least the writer)went to Oletri under the assumption it was part of the Astral Sand Quest, but and so investigated the wrong things. The townsfolk was evasive when questioned and there was something weird going on. During the investigations, Party was caught breaking and entering into a local investor into the town named Bristlebuck. Bristlebuck asked for assistance with an apparent rogue druid in the swamps, destroying some kind of weapon the druid was constructing. This included some wererats that Bristlebuck seemed to be in charge of. Tali feeling bad about the problems the party created for Bristlebuck, accepted under the presumption that they could get the other side of the story from the druid

Party went into the swamp, fighting a troll, running into a witch in the hut and finding a very advanced construct named rosebud. After some talk, the Druid demanded the party prove themselves by fighting his defenses. Party fought and won against the defenses, when it was revealed that a number of wererats had followed the party to kill the druid. Party forced to fight the were rats and thorn bush, a construct that Rosebud turned into upon spotting the druid.

Rosebud was disabled after a very dangerous fight against everything and the party learned that the Druid was a bit of a grumpy gus named Whotark. He Told the party a bit about the trumpet bloom but do to again, poor understanding about why the party was out there, did not take this with much heed.

Party finds one of the two living wererats and convince them to vouch for them when they get back to town by lying. Waited until they could heal Brelith of the wererat disease he had contacted in the fight.

Party returns to the town during a festival. It turns into a shit show. Bristlebuck slaughters many of the villagers with power over the trumpet bloom and turns into a wereboar. The party struggles in the fight but ultimately turns the fight in their favor.

Bristlebuck escapes on some kind of abomination

Impel is cursed with magic suppression magic losing access to his divine magic. Rosebuds inert body is stolen along with Whotark who had accompanied the party.

Party helps the town a bit with the wreckage before they start heading back to Eritire, accompanied by a plucky ranger who had butt heads with Aaron.
