The House of Thalivar is an 80-foot-tall stone tower that has fallen into ruin, stationed right in the middle of Leilon. Long ago considered to be a beacon and connection to the Otherworlds, it now crumbles away, seemingly lost in power and purpose. Or rather that was the case until the new town mage Gallio Elibro from Neverwinter recently has taken up residence in there.
