Arc 2: Attack on Leilon!

The High Road

The group heads back on the High Road and spend the rest of their day making it towards Leilon expecting a soft welcome, but upon arrival the situation has become much dire.

Leilon

The town is currently under siege, and the party moves forward first as Sergeant Hazz and his company require time to properly suit up. While most of the action seem to be centered on the fishery, the party notices another problem unfolding by the House of Lathander: a water elemental surrounded by dead town guards and mysterious figures creating more elemental creatures from a nearby well. As the fight continues, the party notices an odd occurrence: a seemingly random individual transforms into an air elemental via a mysterious crystal and joined the fray.

Post combat, the group met with Merrygold Brightshine, Grizzelda Copperwraught, and Sacci, and while tensions were initially high, the party was able to gain some semblance of an amicable welcome and reunite with Gundren Rockseeker at the Umber Hulk’s Shell Inn. While there, Grimfang also met with the Sacci, Puck, and Cain, mercenary group that was issued to him by Haedirn.
