Dead Rats

    A local street gang.
    The gang is most notable for having a large number of wererats within their ranks. In Silverhearth they recruited lowlifes and infected them with their lycanthropy to ensure loyalty.

    The gang did not establish a formal headquarters, instead operating out of a lair in the sewers of the Blacklake District
