The Myconid Alchemists’ Guild is headquarters are hidden deep within the underdark inside a sprawling underground cavern filled with bioluminescent mushrooms and towering fungi. This enchanted space serves as both the guild’s home and its laboratory, where Myconids and select outsiders cultivate, harvest, and brew their unique concoctions. The ambient glow from the mushrooms creates an otherworldly atmosphere, casting shifting patterns of light and shadow on the cavern walls.

While originally comprising solely Myconids, the onset of the Spellplague brought forth the Guild’s decision to embrace outsiders—those willing to undergo rigorous scrutiny and training. Their primary mission is to harness the potential of toxic mushrooms, transforming them into potent poisons, elixirs, tonics, and healing potions, all of which are offered to travelers regardless of their origin.
