The city sported an army composed of 500 cavalry and 2,500 infantry. They spent much of their time guarding the precious mines that were the lifeblood of the city. In addition to these troops, Duchess Selanith L’baros had a personal guard of 1,000 gnolls and 40 hill giants. In 1525, Selanith’s grandchild, Dania L’baros sits as Duchess.
