Intended strictly for defensive use, considered excessive force outside of self-defense scenarios on other creatures and a futile effort against most abnormalities. In an abnormality encounter, it is recommenced to use to stun or distract.

Remember that it is considered a non-lethal weapon, but anything can be lethal in the wrong hooves.
