New Sheffa

During a dream, Ylossia Yuan-Leo Starfeller talks with a New Sheffan, Kai, who reports that New Sheffa is experiencing instability due to the connection. Kai says that they can’t send things through, but they can cast themself into the dreams of the barer. Kai says that creating a permanent connection would increase the stability of New Sheffa. Ylossia says that they need to talk about it with the group, and then asks about their knowledge of The Wanderer, The Albatross, or Witch of the Wanderer. In order to strengthen the portal we need to send a persistent physical object that has some connection to somewhere close to where we are.
