Backstory: Deep in the Northdark under the hills North-East of Watedeep lies an abandoned gnome city called Dolblunde. In Dolblunde, only dark things stir, as the Creeping Doom conducts his magical experiments to create his own race of living dracoliches. One such experiment, that Daurgothoth considered a failure, gave birth to a creature who has come to be known as Draquelyn the Shadowborn.

Draquelyn, was chosen by Daurgothoth to be one of his Emissaries. To travel the multiverse collecting magical tomes and artifacts to bring back to his master for his hoard and experiments.

Description: Created through the unnatural magics of Daurgothoth, the Creeping One, Draquelyn looks more dead than alive, but unfortunately as a failed experiment still possess a beating heart. With pieces of his face melted off, and blackened rotten scales and flesh covering his body, Draquelyn stands at 7 foot 2 inches and sporting a pair of partially decomposed wings on his back.
