Small Neutral Island north east of the Moonshae Isles. The Capital is Mintarn Harbour town, ruled by her Tyrancy in the Mintarn Castle. Mintarn island also has a port called Troutberk to the north of the island where the White Sails shipping co. is based. There is also a famous wine known as the Tarnian Green produced to the west of Troutberk.
