Serving as the stronghold point on the border between Rhizome and Rhime, very much on the side of Rhizome. Foundation is far and away the most technologically advanced city in the entirety of Aurum, as well as being very militarized for the purpose of defending the giant wall that separates it from the border of Rhime. Whether or not said defense is still necessary in the modern day is debatable.
