She is mapping the dungeon for the Xanathar’s Guild, but seems to not be a member of the guild.

Is probably not very pleased considering all Xanathar goons on Floor 2 are dead and therefore she can’t work for them anymore.

Is apparently not a part of “La resistance” with the other wererats.
