Azrok has made a deal with an Oni that lives in his territory. He supplies it regularly with goblin children for it to feast on and gets generous donations to his cause in return.

Divine Shanks must either try to persuade Azrok that it is unwise to keep an Oni so close, or possibly break their connections with the Legion of Azrok and eliminate the Oni.
