Halleth the revenant has been stopped once in the undermountain and has thus since gained a new body.
Now posessing a Gelatinneous cube he is more dangereous than ever and needs to be stopped or contained.

The last clue of his wherabouts were that the cube attacked the prison cell holding his victim and he was escorted away by a group saying they could contain him.
