Find Dweomercore
To enter Dweomercore, it must first be found.
According to a dead tiefling mage found in Floor 1, Dweomercore can be found on Floor 9. He was cast out of there for allegedly stealing spells and being a suspected member of “the Arcane Brotherhood”
