Epiphany from the Spire

The Goons helped Bethala Silverthane venture to the mountain peak to meditate on the wisdom of the Sleeping Gods and were each given a vision by the Dwarven spire. Melinoe Expspiravit was given this epiphany:

During the twilight hours, you see visions of a place. The River Styx flows from the spire into the infinite planescapes. A glowing amulet guides you along the stream of souls along hidden paths away from those well-traveled, into a dark place.
