Jedek‘s been tied to the mast for days now. While some of his injuries have begun to heal, the sun is wreaking havoc on his exposed skin, and Caine isn’t feeding him. I want to go over and see if he’s okay, but I know better than to do that. That didn’t stop me from asking Tomkin about it though. To his credit, he was surprised by the entire situation. In his 15 years under Caine’s flag, he’s never seen the Captain keep someone alive like this. Treldaan suggested that perhaps Jedek is Caine’s son. It’s a wonder that someone can be as tall as he is stupid.
