Tussle At The Mayor’s House

Tipped off by the bandit camp, the party headed back to town to find the meeting between the bandit leaders, Horace and Titch, and Mayor Tanya Anathram. Eavesdropping on the conversation being held in the mayor’s home, it was discovered that the bandit leaders were blackmailing the mayor about her past involvement in their group. Arthur disguised himself as a bandit and led Fergus as a hostage to get a layout of the home. Ralathen and Jukli snuck in through the door that Arthur was able to keep unlocked. Things started to escalate and a fight broke loose. The party was able to knock out the bandits and the mayor called in the town militia guard to take them to the prison. The mayor then gave the party some of her spoils from her time being a bandit as a thank you, the Moonshard and Lesser Amulet of the Beast. Notified of their accumulation of evidence, the mayor decided it was time to call a town meeting the next day to properly accuse the killer of Maybelline and solve Maybelline’s Murder.
