Amarthevan

Amarthevan hails from one of the 6 high noble families of Djerad Thymar. His parent are Demeria and Khangr Tarhun, the noble family that resides over the Adjudicators. The police and military force that protects the capital city. When Demeria was pregnant, a seer in the village spoke a prophecy that Amarthevan would be the next Vanquisher (ruler) of Djerad Thymar. Not only would Amarthevan be Vanquisher. But he would lead the city into a season of unrivaled prosperity that the city was in dire need of.

Amarthevan was born, and was… alarmingly mediocre. His fathers resentment of him grew harder to hide as Amarthevan failed to reach even basic milestones a young Dragonborn would accomplish in their younger life. This grew to its boiling point. When Khangr would hand Amarthevan his greataxe (Daddy’s Greataxe) and send him in the world as a last ditch effort to awaken some latent power in his son.
