The city of Salvadoria is a port, partially submerged underwater. Visitors and non-tritons are given magical rebreathers in order to assist navigation, and closed areas underwater exist for the use of air breathers. The population is diverse, with many tritons, bestial races, and others travelling from the surrounding areas.
