Range Weapon: +Proficency, +Str Mod, 2d10 bludgeoning damage + 1d10 Lightning damage
On a miss, the boomerang goes away from the user. The user can then, on a different turn, roll to hit to see if the boomerang comes back to hit or continues to travel in a oval shape.
On a rolled 15 or higher, the target must make a CON save (DC 8+Prof). On a failed save, target has disadvantage on their next attack.
