The Luthryan empire was founded around 40 P.E. The formation of the empire was marked by the offical declaration of the city of Daragin being built and the 7 founding members of party known as the Platnum Ring. These party members consist of Luthryan Daragin, Gray and Helga Hillian, Ishimora Evernia, Manerva Perrit, Winston Rocitorn, and Ranthar Mulligan. Each member has left their image and legacy in the city from the University of Daragin, to the Colosseum of Champions. The platinum ring is credited for the creation of the four chambers of Daragin, the three organizations that manage the different adventuring guilds, and the establishment of the different class systems based on the currency of empire, Copper, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

The ring of copper is the main work force of the empire with most mill workers, craftsmen, and laborers being apart of this ring. The ring of silver is made up of adventurers and low ranking government officals. Ring of gold members are medium and high ranking government officials and aristocratic houses that serve the empire. The platinum ring is the highest level that an individual can achieve within the luthyran empire. A platinum ring member is one of 7 individuals that oversees one of the seven sections of the empire.
