Manerva Perrit was considered to be one of the best wielders of magic in the early years after the emergence. Manerva was Luthyran’s second-in-command as well as his advisor. She is responsible for the construction of the School of Arcane in Daragin University as this was her passion project and was the first Dean of Conjuration in the university. Her tribute in the city sits right outside of the Librarium Arcanum just north of the Teal Titans guild hall.
