This doppelganger successfully fooled the party into thinking it was Herria for several hours. It accompanied the Party through the first level of the Undermountain, during which it was struck by the power of an Elder Rune that paralyzed her legs and made her unable to walk. She would eventually be sold to the Party by the real Herria in exchange for them leaving the Undertakers alone.

The Party took the Doppelganger back to the Yawning Portal, intent on exchanging it for a bounty on Herria’s head. Instead, the Doppelganger turned into the shape of a small child and cried until the City Guard came and took it from the Party. It was last scene in the possession of the City Guard.
