Economy
Costa Schiuma is a city known for its music and drinks. Many come here to study the culinary arts then leave, but it isn’t often that true talent leaves the settlement. The area takes in a lot of national imports, but rarely exports any of their creations. This has made the cost of living and traveling to Costa Schiuma much higher than other cities in the country. The wealthy often retire here in apartments by the sea, though that era of income has recently been coming to a halt due to the fears of constant rain eroding the houses.
This coast is in a constant rivalry with D’Roccamo, going back to the formation of both cities, however due to recent struggles the governments of both areas seem to have settled their differences to work together. Newer, better built structures from the southern coast town are slowly popping up in the area, to the disgust of some who claim it is a visual pollutant.
