Tortle Monk 2

Teenaged son of Oswin (she/her), the unit librarian for the Reconstituted 3rd Cohort. Grew up around the 3rd Cohort, helping his mother, and after her untimely death Vincent took over Oswin’s librarian duties, despite being too young to officially serve.

Oswin worked closely with Fenpenny Copperleaf, the unit’s historian, and since her passing Fenpenny has kept an eye on Vincent.

Has a part-time job at Astableon the Scribe and Bookseller.
