This City is the home of the Elven Resistance, who as it sounds, want to break free and topple over the corruption of the current Elven Ruler.

Similarly to the Elven Capital, this city is in the shape of a circle, however instead of a Castle in the Center, it is a well. This well almost emanates magical essence, which is ironic given the King’s mostly adverse views on it.
Equidistant around this well are the three churches devoted to the Elder Gods of Telos Zois, the Church of Xzur, the Church of Neusp, and the Church of Lurail.
