Scrappy is a scrawny sailorboy among Ventura’s crew. He is very timid and cowardly, and is often teased by his fellow sailors, but in friendly fashion. however, the Captain Merigold often aims his frustrations towards Scrappy, making him do mundane or embrassing tasks over and over again, and scaring the poor lad to do his bidding.
