Tamil is timid owner of Otava Fishery. She asked brave volunteers to investigate her missing stock and lost worker. It turns out the basement of her fishery contains more secrets than anybody knew.

Tamil is a worry wart, but has kind heart. She often offers her specialty salty treat, mackerel muffins, to her visitors. She is married but her partner is currently out on voyage to Death mountains to deliver goods and collect some debts. Aside her faith in Hylia and Goddesses, she is also follower of Oshus, the Ocean Lord.
